Offset Architects were appointed to design two new build dwellings on a prestigious private road in a Conservation Area. The existing property was dated and of no real architectural merit, so it was proposed to demolish the property and construct two detached homes on the site with a separate detached garage block.

The style of each house is a contemporary take on a traditional gable/pitched roof house, finished with red brick, tile hanging and white painted timber detailing. Each property also features a basement with cinema room, utility and extra bedroom, with a frosted lightwell at ground level to let light flood through the space.
