About Offset Architects

Offset Architects is an award winning RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice where creative design solutions combined with honest, practical advice form the key ingredients to successful projects with a focus on client satisfaction.

With a wide range of experience, Offset Architects was established by the directors in 2009 and it has now grown to be a busy, successful practice in Wrotham Heath, Kent.

Offset Architects provide clever architectural design, sound technical detailing and effective building advice ranging from small residential projects to large commercial developments.

Many clients give us repeat business because we prove that we can efficiently deliver a project with a level headed practical approach based on years of experience. We work hard to deliver a project to the client’s satisfaction. The key to our success is communicating and agreeing ideas and expectations, ensuring everyone understands the project objective.

End user requirements give direction to our work. With an early involvement in projects we can apply lateral, ‘outside the box’ thinking to provide an alternative and potentially exciting development strategy, harnessing opportunities to develop creative solutions.

We research, listen and work with the client and design team members alike with a view to delivering a coordinated solution. We enjoy a collaborative design process which can both be informative and fun often resulting in repeat work with the same team, creating a sense of synergy and efficiency for clients.
