Offset Architects were appointed to seamlessly extend and reconfigure this lovely family home in Oxted. The clients were keen to maximise the amount of natural light through the house, as well as achieve more open space for family living, dining and entertaining.

The final scheme was thoughtfully designed to include a new double garage, gym, study, family room and utility, and all wrapped up with associated landscaping works and swimming pool. The property overall has a traditional Tudor look and feel, with the extensions added using complementing materials to blend sympathetically with the existing house. Elements of contemporary style are evident throughout the interior.
