Following the success of Maison François in St. James, we were thrilled to work with the team again on the design and fit out of its sister branch in the iconic location of Borough Market, Café François.

This was a complex project involving numerous different elements, from concept design, space planning, interior fit-out, building control drawings, joinery, hoarding, licensing plans, external screens, signage and seating. The final result is a classy, elegant all day brasserie with a cosy ambiance and a welcoming atmosphere for both daytime and evening customers.
